The staff here was friendly and easy to approach, and the room I booked was extremely cozy, with a great fully-equipped kitchen.

This place has a great location close to all entertainment options, with free on-site parking, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and complimentary tea and a kettle provided.

I had comfortable, individual room complete with king bed and a balcony, as example.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of fast food, coffee shops, and ice cream outlets just a short walk away. It was also a convenient 15-minute drive to the Seef region. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, from the receptionists to the housekeeping staff. They even upgraded me to a better suite, which was a lovely surprise. the hotel offered a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, bars, and a disco for guests to enjoy. Parking was also a breeze, with ample space next to the property.

The breakfast menu seemed to cater more towards Indian cuisine rather than offering a variety of continental options. It would be great if they could include some continental dishes, such as jams and eggs.

Everything worked out just perfectly starting from a nice reception up to the moment you leave the hotel with a polite and super friendly door man. Special thanks for the upgrading

I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was near a shopping mall and American Alley where numerous restaurant facilities could be found. There were options like Nando's and Starbucks close by, which was beneficial for me as I wanted easy access to food and drinks. The room was spacious and the staff provided a professional service, even reminding me about breakfast.

The hotel was unfortunately noisy at night due to the nearby nightclubs.

Upon check-in to the hotel we were upgraded to the next higher room class free of charge. The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very nice.

I was there during the protests, so it was a little hectic during the riots. Other than that it was ok.

I enjoyed the restruants and the lounges the most. I spent time in the Cosmos lounge every night and dined in the Fareast Seafood Restruant. The staff was courteous and helpfull.

The mini bar was not stocked in my room.
